Excellent workers, extremely helpful and useful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful offer. The receptionist is great, is familiar with great spots to go to for travellers.

Stayed for four nights with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the space was constantly pretty clean. Staff members have been extremely useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was great. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Verviers you should book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at any time. The beds were cozy and the other guests have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, but they fix it. If you are travelling to Verviers you have to reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
